PROJECT and TEAM run for a minimum of 12 months, then cancellable monthly with 3 months' notice. ENTERPRISE contracts typically run 24-36 months - including preferred terms for multi-year commitments. For very short projects (e.g. a 6-month refurbishment) we discuss individually.
Yes, exclusively in the ENTERPRISE package. We deliver DOC.project as Docker images or a prepared VM for your data centre. Includes database migration, update service and roll-back plan. Hosting costs are removed, instead we cost maintenance and update support individually.
Yes, upwards at any time (upgrade from the next month) and downwards after the end of the contract term. For upgrades we bill to the day so you never carry double investment. Data and workflows are fully preserved across tier changes - only the user and storage limits change.
Standard configurations (custom fields, workflows, reports) are included in TEAM and ENTERPRISE - we configure them together in workshops. Code-level customising or custom interfaces are quoted per day rate. You receive a rough estimate within 5 business days after a workshop.
Yes. All major and minor updates are part of the maintenance share. No upgrade surcharge, no separate licence purchases. For cloud customers updates take place automatically inside the maintenance window.
Monthly or annually by SEPA direct debit or invoice. For annual prepayment we grant a 5 % discount. For authorities, state-owned companies and large municipal developers, quarterly invoicing is standard - feel free to talk to us.
The previous terms were replaced in 2026. Existing customers with contracts from 2020 or 2022 keep their terms until the next renewal date - we will reach out in good time. For new contracts only the 2026 tariffs shown here apply.
