Return-to-Work (BEM)
Digital BEM file, automatic case triggers via HR interface, step-by-step reintegration plan, role system for BEM officers, works or staff council and company doctors. Per § 167 SGB IX.
Workplace Health Promotion
Programme planning with budget and schedule control, sign-up via the Protarmo4me employee app, digital surveys, reports. No monitoring of employee performance or behaviour.
Radiation Safety
Dosimetry capture, schedule management, interfaces to official measurement bodies, deadline tracking. For healthcare, nuclear industry, laboratories.

No. Protarmo is developed and sold by BGM-Solutions Gesellschaft für ganzheitliches Gesundheitsmanagement mbH in Jülich, Germany - an independent company linked to DOCby.net at shareholder level and through joint product development. The technical base is DOC.mobile, developed by DOCby.net, and DOCby.net operates the servers on behalf of BGM-Solutions. Your contractual partner for licensing, customising and support is BGM-Solutions.
What does "built on DOC.mobile" mean?
DOC.mobile is DOCby.net's mobile/web platform - data-model editor, role and permission system, sync, reporting engine and REST API. Protarmo reuses this technical base and adds the corporate-health-specific modules, workflows and screens plus the Protarmo4me employee app. Benefit: Protarmo immediately picks up platform updates and rests on a proven architecture.
Which modules can I introduce on their own?
All six are independently usable: occupational safety, occupational medical care, BEM, workplace health promotion, radiation safety and digital training. Because they share master data and roles through the DOC.mobile framework, you can extend later at any time.
Where is Protarmo hosted?
Exclusively in Germany. The servers are operated by DOCby.net, and operations are ISO 27001 certified. On-premise in your own data centre is also possible. A data processing agreement (DPA) is included.
