Daily Reporting Done Right

The construction diary is your insurance policy. Make sure it works.

A construction diary is more than a record - it is the formal proof of what happened on site. When disputes arise, it is the first document anyone looks at. DOC.mobile Construction Diary makes the daily entry effortless: choose your project, pick the date, tap through weather (auto-filled from local API), crew, equipment, work performed, and incidents. Sign off with a touch signature - and the entry is archived in our ISO 27001-certified data centre, ready for audit, dispute or invoice.

Designed for site managers, foremen and supervising engineers.

Every role has its own view: the foreman captures crew and equipment in 90 seconds, the site manager adds performance and incidents, the supervising engineer signs off audit-proof. Reports flow into the web app where back office can analyse, export and forward them - to the client, the inspector, or the cost controller.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is the digital diary legally binding?

Yes. Digital signatures meet the requirements under §126a German Civil Code (BGB) and the EU eIDAS regulation. Each entry includes a cryptographic hash, time-stamp and user attribution.

Can we customise the diary template?

Yes. Every project gets a tailored set of fields, trades, equipment lists and report templates. Customising is part of the onboarding.

Does the diary support multi-trade work?

Yes. Each trade gets its own section - performance, crew, equipment. The general contractor consolidates everything.

Can the diary be linked to BIM or cost management?

Yes. Standard connectors to RIB iTWO, Allplan, BIMcollab and others - performance can be linked to BoQ positions or model elements.

Is offline use supported?

Yes. Daily entries can be captured fully offline and sync once a network is available. Critical for remote sites and tunnels.

How is the data protected?

Hosting in our ISO 27001-certified data centre in Germany, AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.3 in transit. Data processing agreement and TOMs available.
