SiGe-Plan maintenance
Structured editor for the Site Health & Safety Plan including phase matrix. Version history kept automatically, publication to all trades via the portal.
Site safety coordination,
documented to legal standard.
DOC.mobile SiGeKo covers every duty of the German SiGeKo - the Site Health & Safety Coordinator under the BaustellV (German Construction Site Ordinance): Site H&S plan (SiGe-Plan), walk-through reports, toolbox talks with signature, risk assessments, Annex 2 and Annex 3 records. Captured on a tablet, archived audit-proof.
The German SiGeKo - Sicherheits- und Gesundheitsschutzkoordinator, i.e. the Site Health & Safety Coordinator appointed under the BaustellV (German Construction Site Ordinance) - carries substantial responsibility: drafting and maintaining the Site Health & Safety Plan (SiGe-Plan), filing the Advance Notice with the competent labour-safety authority, conducting site walks with formal records, briefing the trades on site, coordinating concurrent works. In practice this is still being done on clipboards, paper binders and Word templates - slow, error-prone, hard to keep audit-ready. DOC.mobile SiGeKo bundles every SiGeKo and site-manager duty into one app: capture on a tablet on site, countersigned by site management, archived audit-proof in line with the German ArbSchG (Occupational Health and Safety Act) and ArbStättV (Workplace Ordinance).
From the first draft of the SiGe-Plan, through the Annex 1 Advance Notice, all the way to the Annex 2 mandatory record for particularly hazardous works: DOC.mobile SiGeKo guides the coordinator through every duty - with templates, checklists and reminders. Walk-through reports are produced live on the walk, defects are assigned on the spot to the responsible firm by e-mail or portal, toolbox talks are signed with a touch signature. When the BG BAU (German employers' liability insurance for the construction industry) audits, or when an incident is investigated, a complete chronological record is available.
From SiGe-Plan to audit-ready file: DOC.mobile SiGeKo covers every duty of the Site Health & Safety Coordinator in one application.

"At last - a single tool I can use to support all the different processes on the construction site."
Translated from the German original.Yes. The application fully covers the requirements of the German Construction Site Ordinance (BaustellV): §2 (owner's duties), §3 (appointment of the coordinator), §4 (Advance Notice), §5 (Site H&S plan) and Annex 2/3. Templates are aligned with RAB 30 (German Rules for Occupational Safety on Construction Sites).
From the project master data the system generates the Advance Notice required by Annex 1 BaustellV. Delivery by e-mail to the competent supervisory authority with a revision-safe receipt. Updates to programme or staffing are carried through automatically.
Templates are provided for initial briefings (before work starts), refresher briefings (at least annually, §12 ArbSchG - German Occupational Safety Act) and trigger-based briefings (e.g. after an incident). Content aligned with DGUV (German social accident insurance) rules and BG BAU requirements. Can be customised per firm on request.
Safety-relevant findings spotted on the walk can be handed over directly to DOC.mobile Defect Management. This produces a single defect chronology across construction and safety walks, sharing one data pool.
Yes. Every capture flow (SiGe-Plan updates, walks, toolbox talks, signatures) works offline. Sync runs automatically once the device is online again; the original timestamp is preserved.
By default 10 years, in line with §257 HGB (German Commercial Code) and German tax retention periods. For particularly critical works (e.g. asbestos) extendable to 40 years. Records are deleted or anonymised automatically when the retention period expires.
Yes. Risk assessments are produced and documented under §5 ArbSchG (Occupational Safety Act), controls are tracked under §3 ArbSchG, and effectiveness is checked under §3 (1) sentence 2 ArbSchG. So you cover not only your SiGeKo duties, but also general occupational-safety documentation.
Yes. In use on onshore and offshore wind projects as well as industrial plant (plant engineering, petrochemical) - with trade-specific templates and HSE modules. More under Wind & Energy and Construction.
We walk you through the entire SiGeKo workflow on a site of your choice: SiGe-Plan, walk-through, toolbox talk, archive. On request combined with Defect Management and Construction Diary. Or request via the contact form.
