How quickly do you reply?
We confirm every request within 1 business day - usually within a few hours. Phone calls are picked up directly Mon-Fri between 08:00 and 18:00 CET; evenings and weekends go to voicemail.
Do you offer online demos?
Yes - demos typically run online via secure screen sharing (MS Teams, Zoom or a tool of your choice). On request we also come to your office on site. A demo lasts 30 - 60 minutes and is always free of charge and non-binding.
Is phone consulting chargeable?
No. Initial conversations, demos, effort estimates and non-binding consulting are always free of charge. Only once a conversation turns into a project do we talk about effort and budget - transparently and up front.
Which languages do you speak?
We communicate in German and English. Our software supports additional languages per project - important for international construction programmes.
How do you handle sensitive project data?
For confidential enquiries we are happy to sign an NDA up front. Just drop us a line - we will send a template. Our information security management is ISO 27001 certified.
Can I visit you at the office?
Very welcome. Our office in Braunschweig-Nord is easily reached via the A2/A39 motorways, with parking right at the building. Please confirm the date by phone or e-mail in advance.
How to find us in Braunschweig.
By car
Take the A2 motorway (Hanover - Berlin) or A39 (Wolfsburg - Salzgitter) towards Braunschweig. You reach Nordstraße 13 via the Braunschweig-Hansestraße exit and the Querum district. Parking is available right at the office building, free of charge.
By train: from Braunschweig main station, take bus 419/429 or a taxi about 15 minutes to the north of the city. On request we will pick you up at the station.
By plane: Braunschweig-Wolfsburg airport is about 20 minutes away, Hanover airport about 75 minutes.
